We've been running Wydemeet, our family home, as a very successful luxury B&B since 2013.
Mini-Breaks and Mini-Moons have evolved from there, when you can enjoy the entire house to yourselves for a couple of nights, on a unique, semi-catered for, 'hosted chalet', private house-party-type basis. We are completely at your beck and call.
No other guests - sitting room with roaring log fire and squishy sofas to sink into, dining room, use of the kitchen, garden - all yours.
And lashings of complimentary champagne for newly-weds!

TWO PERFECT DAYS
Arrive for tea and home made cake, or drinks and snacks, or anything you like really, followed by a stroll across the stepping stones to the most beautiful spot in the whole of Dartmoor - perfect for wild swimming.
Supper at the best local pub (not included).
Collapse into a super-comfortable, super-king bed for a silent night's sleep, apart from the odd twit-twoo or moo.
Breakfast is served in our elegant dining room anytime after 9am, in your pyjamas if you like!
Literally orange poached eggs with hollandaise, warm wilted spinach, crushed avocado, smoked salmon and creme fraiche, on toasted home-made bread, will keep you going all day; or a double Full English, or whatever else you fancy - all AGA-cooked to order.
Return home to tea and cakes in front of a roaring log fire, followed by a calm moment on the patio with a well-earned glass of fizz.
Drinks and canapes are served in the comfortable sitting room, and the day finishes with a delicious candlelit four-course dinner in Wydemeet's elegant dining room, complete with family antique cut glass and silver.
The second day runs along similar lines, ending after tea, or staying further nights on a normal B&B basis.
Prices: £999 for two; £1299 for three: £1499 for four guests.
