We’re sorry, but we don't take credit cards, so on receipt of your booking we will email you to ask for a deposit payable by cheque or transfer, the remainder to be paid by cash, cheque or transfer at some time convenient to you during your stay. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
We aim to be very flexible regarding check in and check out times, but we probably won’t be properly ready for you unless you arrive after 4pm.
We can usually accommodate a third person on an airbed or mattress complete with proper bed-linen etc for a £55 per night supplement.
We are very sorry, but 'Fluffy' proved to be the final straw, and we have recently felt compelled to introduce a 'no dogs' policy.
We very much look forward to meeting you, and making sure you have the most wonderful, relaxing, spoiling holiday, and return home with some very special memories.

From Exeter
Drive past Exeter along M5, turning into A38, nearly 20 miles following signs to Plymouth.
Ignore first sign to Ashburton.
Take second turn-off to Ashburton, Princetown, River Dart Country Park etc at Pear Tree garage junction.
Follow signs to Princetown/River Dart Country Park past garage, directly up hill.
After about four miles on very steep hill, after Holne Chase cottages on your right, take left fork signed to Holne.
Keep to this road for about four miles, over Venford Reservoir.
Take first turning on left after reservoir (about two miles) – a dead-end road signed to Sherberton.
Follow for ¾ mile over cattle grid and down a hill.
Our house is at the bottom of the hill on the right, behind a long and high pile of seasoning tree trunks (our neighbouring hill-farmer’s rather unsightly chosen ‘diversification’ to keep him off the breadline – please don’t let children climb on them!)
If you cross the little bridge you have gone too far.
From Plymouth
Take A386 towards Tavistock.
At Yelverton roundabout turn right followng signs to Princetown.
Drive over mini-roundabout at Princetown and continue towards Two Bridges Hotel.
Turn right at Two Bridges t-junction and drive for around four miles, towards Dartmeet.
Take first turning to right, signed to Hexworthy and Forest Inn.
Drive 1½ miles, past Forest Inn and at top of very steep hill, behind Inn, turn right down dead-end road signed to Sherberton.
Then as above.
NB Do not rely on a Sat Nav!!
